Zoom Integration
1. What this integration does
SereneNow allows therapists to connect their Zoom account so Zoom meeting links can be automatically created for scheduled sessions.
2. How to connect Zoom
- Log in to SereneNow
- Go to Services tab and click on Add new service
- Choose Zoom as the meeting provider
- Click "Connect Zoom" and a popup will open confirm connect to Zoom
- Approve access on Zoom
- On successful connection, you will see a message "Zoom account connected successfully"
3. How Zoom is used
SereneNow uses Zoom only to create and manage meeting links for scheduled sessions. We do not access or store meeting audio, video, chat, or recordings.
4. How to disconnect Zoom
If you need to disconnect your Zoom account:
- Log in to SereneNow
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click "Disconnect Zoom"
Important: If you have services that use Zoom as the meeting provider, disconnecting will affect new appointments. Any new bookings or rescheduled appointments will not have meeting links automatically created, and you will need to send those manually to your clients. Existing appointments with meeting links already created will continue to work.
