About SereneNow
SereneNow is a simple booking and practice-management platform built for therapists, counsellors and mental health practitioners in India — so they can spend less time on admin and more time with their clients.
Why we built it
SereneNow was started by a clinical psychologist who saw colleagues lose hours every week to scheduling messages, payment follow-ups and manual record keeping. The therapy room is why most practitioners chose this work; SereneNow takes care of the work around it.
What we offer
- For practitioners: a personal booking page, availability and schedule management, automatic Google Meet / Zoom links, calendar invites, reminders, client management, discount codes, and online payments with automatic payouts.
- For clinics and teams: a shared booking page, multiple practitioners, client assignment and consolidated finance.
- For clients: a quick way to see real availability, book and pay for sessions online, and get reminders.
How we work
- Privacy first. Client information is sensitive. We store only what is needed, encrypt sensitive fields, and never sell data. See our Privacy Policy and Security pages.
- Built in India, for India. Pricing in rupees, UPI and Indian payment methods, and data hosted in India.
- Simple by design. Most practitioners set up their booking page in a few minutes.
Pricing
Practitioners get a free trial, followed by a simple monthly or yearly subscription. A small platform fee applies to payments processed through SereneNow. Clients pay only the session fee shown at checkout.
